Our Frame Factory

Each JOBOBIKE frame is engineered for strength and durability, then tested beyond industry standards: 600 N forward force, 1,200 N backward force and 150,000 cycles. Even under these demanding conditions, the tested frame showed no cracks, deformation or structural failure—reflecting our rigorous approach to design, testing and manufacturing.

JOBOBIKE's local factory in Poland uses modular assembly methods to shorten production time and improve accuracy. Advanced automation equipment and experienced technicians help ensure consistent assembly quality. Poland's central European location also provides efficient logistics for rapid delivery.
